How to use:

One package contains 2 toe warmers. After opening the package the oxygen of the air will react with the iron powder inside the warmer and after a few minutes you can feel how the heat patch is warmin up comfortably. On the one side of the warmer is a adhesive surface, which you can use to attach the warmer to the inner layer of your clothing. You can chose for yourself where you prefer to attach it. Now you can enjoy the comfortable and relaxing warmth - 8hrs long.
