The Mountain Hunter Expedition Packable Down trousers are a much-needed garment for mountain hunters who stalk game in high altitudes. A large part of mountain hunting is glassing. This means sitting still with your binoculars and scanning the area for animals. The packable down trousers are perfect to zip on over your hunting clothing to keep you warm when stationary in the cool temperatures in the mountains. The trousers are filled with water resistant down that has great insulating capabilities even in damp and wet conditions. The down is also extremely light and packs into its own pocket making it perfect to bring in your backpack and put on when you stop climbing and sit down to use your binoculars. It has full side zips to make it easy to put on and take off quickly and without taking off your boots.
